I cut open a kit Kat bar and spread some rso in the middle of bar pressed it down and ate it was very tasty I like the cinnamon taste to it very subtle hour later I was running around acting like a big kid as I have very bad knees but this stuff definitely helped me would buy again.

This stuff work very well to reduce stress and anxiety. Would definitely recommend. If you need it to get to sleep better I would recommend taking it shortly before you head to bed. Don’t wait too long after taking it. What I do is I take 1 full dose to help with sleep. The mistake I’ve made so many times is I take it, then get distracted and watch more stuff on TV or use my phone a lot then I head to bed with my mind racing nonstop and I can’t get to sleep. I realize now it’s best to take it shortly before heading to sleep.
